Who is Ziofritz

My name is Francesco Frison, or Freezone or Fritz if you prefer. I am a fan of the Hacker ethic and the Open Source community, I like to see how things work or how they could work better and stare at how the collective can achieve amazing things when they join together. I always try to catch up with all the most recent technologies, see how they affect my life and the one of who is around me. I see coding as a combination of practicality and good behaviours, a way to empower computers and devices, but still a mere instrument to give light to human ideas.

How I go along

I love rock music (was a guitar player back in the days), reading, skateboarding and, well, technology of course. I was born and lived in Padova, a small town close to Venice in the north of Italy. I moved in London 5 years ago where I have refined my developer skills at the Metropolitan University. Since then I worked at Fuerte International as iOS developer and at KDWeb, as web application developer. I had the chance to do an extended use with most of the core and related iOS frameworks and web frameworks both for front and back end.

Throughout the last 2 years, as a complementary part of my duties I have been involved in many of the project management activities related to my and other colleagues projects as well as assessing time and costs and being an active contributor to the company workflow. I strive to write reusable, readable and maintainable code as well as versioning it appropriately.

Ziofritz is a name, just one in an endless list of names that people use to call the author of this website. Maybe not the most famous on the list compared with Francesco Frison [Freezone] or cescofry.
Still confusing, better try again.
Ziofritz is a collection of posts, photos, status, tweets and whatever other junk comes up. It is going to be messy, not well taged and definelly not SEO friendly.
Yeah, now I start to figure it out.
Ziofritz is me, nothing more, nothing less. No maybe something less. Oh Gee, I need a drink!
